Yes we ship to most places with the exception of a few that do not accept herbs in their countries. You will be notified on checkout or by email if your country is on that list. Please also note we are not responsible for taxes and duties that are accrued in your country.
Yes. After your order is prepped for shipping, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. For all DePuff orders, please allow 3-7 business days domestic and 3-10 business days international for your order to ship due to processing time.

We will charge your card on the date your order is set to process. For all Depuff orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we’ll happily accommodate you as long as you fall within the exchange policy. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may exchange any item shipped by depuff.com for a a different product, keeping the following in mind:
DePuff does not make exchanges for any opened containers or bottles.
Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
You should return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse, there will be NO exchange for that cleanse. NO EXCEPTIONS
We do not provide return labels for products being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please note: As with returns, if items are received after the 15 days or receipt, a reshipment fee will be needed to return the products back to you.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from DePuff, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to DePuff. This amount will be subtracted from your refunded balance.
